HH-PROPERTY Real Estate Agents,
the Hua Hin branch of
TH-PROPERTY Estate Agents Co. Ltd.,
is an independent real estate agency and property development company based in the booming Gulf of Thailand seaside resort town of Hua Hin since 2001.
The developments we work with are all properly managed by competent people, so the quality is high with minimum fuss. Our catalogue features only properties of particularly high standard, all correctly priced, and our industry standard 3% commission is included. Our property-qualification standards require clear proof of ownership and land title deeds and the availability of viable legal methods of foreign ownership, such that each property we present has been fully researched and can be sold without difficulty.
We have become expert in dealing with the issues pertinent to real estate transactions in Thailand and we deliver complete agency, development and legal services for both buyer and seller, or either, as the case may be.
We are located on our own estate at
Baan Suan Mok, 6 kms west of Hua Hin town centre along the Pa La U road, in beautiful residential countryside halfway between the beaches and the golf courses where we are developing five homes of particularly high quality in a cultivated countryside setting.
We list and advertise property for sale, and we conduct presentations for potential buyers. We provide complete ownership-transfer administration services including contracts for purchase and sale in English and in Thai, and we execute transfers of ownership at the local "Land Office" of the Land Department and at the Commercial Registrations Office. Furthermore, we help buyers register with the local council authorities to ensure that all domestic paperwork is in order too.
In Hua Hin, Khao Tao, Cha Am and Pran Buriour consultants provide complete real estate agency services. Whether you want to buy land and build a house, buy a house or a condo or just rent residential or holiday property,
HH-property has the local knowledge and experience to ensure that your real estate acquisition is securely and professionally managed.
