House design and construction in Hua Hin

After several years working with the best architects, designers and house builders in the Hua Hin area,
TH-property provides significantly experienced assistance and management of design and construction projects.

For new builds, we start with preliminary sketches, photos or house designs pulled from catalogues, we work on 3-D computer-aided-design drawings together with our clients until these conceptual plans are complete.

We then have our architect produce an engineer's report and a complete set of constructions plans which are submitted to local authorities for building permission and also provide our builders with the plans and specifications they need to work from.

We buy construction materials from a selection of suppliers located between Prachuapkhirikhan and Bangkok, always checking that prices are and quality are correct.

Working with Thai construction crews is an art in itself. With language and conceptual difficulties there is always the danger of misunderstandings which can be both frustrating and costly. This is where our construction management team - TH-property boss Craig Dunn and company secretary Sunisa Wajeesat - really prove their worth...

Our main construction gang is from Prachuapkhirikhan but they spend almost all of their time living onsite in Hua Hin, working one one of our projects. We have developed a friendly, professional relationship which keeps everyone happy and well informed, and the results of our labours are highly satisfactory, achieved with minimum fuss.

Finishings and furnishings are the part of a house that you live with, touch and feel every day, so they are at least as important as good construction. Our team of carpenters, painters and decorators is said to be the best in the region, and you can see their work at our office and home at Baan Suan Mok. Our electricians are also totally professional, providing correctly specified, safe and fully functional installations.

... call Craig on 081 9810192 or call Su on 081 9812764, or just drop in to meet us all and inspect our work.
